CUSTOM PHRASES
Want to say something not listed above? No problem!! We offer custom phrases starting at $100 to help celebrate anything and everything! We offer free advice and suggestions to help convey your message! We’ve also carefully crafted a list of fun, business-like and witty ideas. Please visit our “Phrases” section. ADDITIONAL COSTS & FEES
Extra days - $40/day
Delivery: Free delivery within: Port Coquitlam, Pitt Meadows, Maple Ridge and Walnut Grove areas. Other areas subject to delivery fees starting at $10.

Damaged, lost or stolen items: You will be invoiced $20/per letter, character or accessory for any lost, stolen or damaged items up to a maximum of $300.

Cancellation Fees and Refunds: We understand that circumstances change and you may need to cancel your booking. All bookings cancelled:
a. within 14 days of booking date: No penalty, a full refund will be issued
b. within 7 days of booking date: $20 cancellation fee
c. within 3 days of booking date: $40 cancellation fee
d. 2 days or less from booking date: no refund will be issued but we would be happy to rebook for a change fee as noted below. NOTE: Any rebooking date must fall within 3 months of the original booking date. All dates are subject to availability.
e. No refunds will be issued for any mistakes in communication or information provided by the Customer. This includes addresses, dates and any other information provided.
f. No refunds will be issued due to circumstances that are out of our control that prevent set-up. This includes, but is not limited to, animals on sight, inaccessible yards (i.e. gated driveways, communities, etc.), messy or hazardous yards with inadequate space for set-up, unsafe work environment, etc.
Change Fees: If you need to change the date of your booking, we are happy to do so. Any rebooking date must fall within 3 months of the original booking date. All dates are subject to availability. Please note the following change fees will apply:
a. No fee if the change is made prior to 7 days of your original booking date
b. Changes made within 3-6 days of your original booking date will be subject to a $15 change fee.
c. Changes made 2 days or less from the original booking date will be subject to a $25 change fee.
