Terms & Conditions
Thank you for choosing I Saw The Sign Lawn Decor Rentals (“I Saw The Sign”). Payment is required at the time of booking in order to secure your date. By remitting payment for your invoice to I Saw The Sign, the renter and payee of the invoice (collectively, the “Customer”) agree to and acknowledge the following terms and conditions:

The Customer acknowledges that I Saw The Sign is a rental company and therefore, all rented signs are the property of I Saw The Sign must be returned in the condition they are received.

The Customer agrees to pay for any lost or damaged signs at a price of $20/sign up to a maximum of $300.

The Customer acknowledges that all sign rentals are displayed until 8pm the day of the display date and include set up and take down. Extra days are an option as long as they are booked in advance and the extra fee has been paid by the Customer, however, we will set up the night before the display date free of charge.

The Customer acknowledges, that they are responsible for ensuring the signs are not touched, tampered with or removed from the ground and that visitors on your property will keep a reasonable distance from them. We encourage you to take photos and enjoy the display but please do not touch the signs.

The Customer agrees not to move or relocate the signs. If you need the signs taken down sooner than our agreed upon time or in an urgent matter, please call I Saw The Sign at either number found on your invoice. We will do our best to accommodate you.

The Customer agrees to protect the signs from any debris, lawn mowers, edge trimmers and any other equipment that may damage the signs.

The Customer agrees not to attach any items to the signs including balloons, streamers and any other items.

If the recipient of the surprise lawn message is unhappy, again, please call I Saw The Sign and we will do our best to get it taken down as soon as possible but please remember that no refund will be issued. We also to encourage the Customer to communicate to their recipient not to harm, toss or damage or touch the signs. They are the property of I Saw The Sign. Any damaged items will be subject to a fee.

If the Customer would like to cancel their booking, the following fees will apply: a) within 14 days of booking date: No penalty, a full refund will be issued; b) within 7 days of booking date: $20 cancellation fee; c) within 3 days of booking date: $40 cancellation fee; d) 2 days or less from booking date: no refund will be issued but we would be happy to rebook for. NOTE: the rebooking date must be no more than 3 months after the original booking date and all dates are subject to availability;. e) A refund will not be issued for any mistakes in communication or information provided by the Customer. This includes addresses, dates and any other information provided; f) A refund will not be issued due to circumstances that are out of our control that prevent set-up. This includes, but is not limited to, animals on sight, inaccessible yards (i.e. gated driveways, communities, etc.), messy or hazardous yards with inadequate space for set-up, unsafe work environment, etc.: and g) A refund will not be issued on any booking made through a sale or special but we would be happy to rebook your date. NOTE: the rebooking date must be no more than 3 months after the original booking date and all dates are subject to availability.

The Customer acknowledges that any change to their booking must have a rebooking date of no more than 3 months of the original booking date. The Customer acknowledges that the following fees for any changes will apply: a) No fee if the change is made prior to 7 days of your original booking date; b) Changes made within a week of your original booking date will be subject to a $15 change fee; and c) Changes made 2 days or less of your booking date will be subject to a $25 change fee.

I Saw The Sign and its employees are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage that may be caused to any person or personal property during the set-up or removal of any rental.

The Customer agrees to have their yard free and clear of all unsafe materials and tripping hazards. If employees of I Saw The Sign feel unsafe, we will not set up the display and a refund will not be issued.

The Customer acknowledges that dangerous driving conditions (icy roads, blizzard conditions, etc.) may prevent I Saw The Sign from making a scheduled delivery. If such event occurs, I Saw The Sign will do their best to reschedule or provide a full refund.

I Saw The Sign is committed to protecting your privacy. I Saw The Sign agrees that any personal information shared with us for your booking including contact and payment information, is strictly for our use only. I Saw The Sign will not share your personal information with any third parties. For more information, please see our Privacy Policy on our website.

The Customer agrees to allow I Saw The Sign to post a photo of their display on their website and/or any social media pages associated with I Saw The Sign. I Saw The Sign will ensure that no addresses are visible in such photo. If the Customer does not want a photo of their display on I Saw The Sign’s website or social media pages, please email I Saw The Sign to opt out. Unless we receive an email from the Customer opting out, permission to post the photos is assumed.

I Saw The Sign will not send any spam or promotional emails to the Customer. Any email exchange with the Customer will be strictly related to their booking. If the Customer is interested in receiving information about our promotions and sales, we encourage you to following our social media pages as this is the platform I Saw The Sign will use to advertise these.

I Saw The Sign will not reveal the name of the Customer who made a booking to anyone without the Customer’s permission.
